On this project, Cubic General Contractor, the construction company of Grupo Cubic, was in charge of delivering the refurbishment and volumetric extension of a single-family home located in the Valldoreix residential area.

The brief was to deliver the extension of the property’s usable floor area, improving the interior layout and adapting the envelope to the client’s new requirements. Although the architectural design was supplied by a third party, our team successfully assumed construction management, structural works, finishes and coordination of all the trades involved.
