Japanese restaurant refurbishment for Raisu at the Westfield La Maquinista shopping mall

At Cubic General Contractor we delivered the refurbishment of the Japanese restaurant Raisu, located at the La Maquinista shopping mall. The project allowed us to elegantly combine traditional and modern elements over 300 square metres. The open kitchen at the centre of the restaurant lets customers enjoy the culinary experience while watching dishes being prepared, adding transparency and freshness to their visit.

Design and layout

Raisu’s design incorporates bamboo, creating a natural, welcoming atmosphere that evokes the essence of Japan. This material, combined with soft lighting and a mix of traditional and contemporary decorative details, contributes to a relaxed, visually attractive ambience.

Open kitchen

The open kitchen at the centre of the restaurant is one of the highlights of our refurbishment. This design lets customers see how their dishes are prepared, adding excitement and authenticity to the dining experience.

Spacious, versatile space

The 300 square-metre space has been carefully laid out to offer comfort and privacy to diners. The arrangement of tables and chairs accommodates both small groups and larger parties, ensuring a pleasant experience for every guest.
