At Cubic General Contractor, we are proud to present the complete refurbishment of the second KASA brand restaurant, located in the heart of Barcelona. The project was a full transformation of the space, achieving a contemporary design that incorporates traditional Japanese elements to create a unique experience.

Full refurbishment and contemporary design

The refurbishment covered every aspect of the restaurant, from structure to décor. Our approach was to create a contemporary design that respects and celebrates Japanese tradition. Material choices and decorative elements were carefully selected to deliver a welcoming, authentic atmosphere.

Industrial kitchen installation

One of the main features of the new KASA JAPO restaurant is the installation of a state-of-the-art industrial kitchen. This not only improves preparation efficiency but also allows the highest standards of quality and food safety to be maintained.

Dining area for over 100 guests

The restaurant features an ample dining area for over 100 guests, distributed across two floors. This layout accommodates both larger groups and diners seeking a more intimate experience.

Welcoming, authentic décor

Every detail of the décor reflects the essence of Japanese culture, from the materials used to the decorative elements. The combination of modern and traditional creates a unique, welcoming ambience.

Ambient lighting system

Ambient lighting has been carefully designed to complement the restaurant’s aesthetic and enhance the customer experience. A mix of soft and accent lights creates a warm, immersive atmosphere.

Customer flow optimisation

To deliver an immersive dining experience, we optimised customer flow throughout the restaurant. From the entrance to the dining area, every space was designed to ease movement and improve diner comfort.
