At Grupo Cubic through its construction company Cubic General Contractor, S.L., we delivered a complete renovation of the Heltia health and wellness centre, located on the central Via Augusta of Barcelona. This is a 90 m² venue refurbished from end to end within 7 weeks, with precise planning and execution aligned with the brand’s franchise model.

The new interior configuration maximises space, creating different zones for consultations, treatments and reception. Modular solutions were used to allow future flexibility, and technical partitions were chosen to support soundproofing—essential in health and therapy spaces.

Material selection prioritised durable, sustainable finishes in line with the brand’s clean, contemporary design. Vinyl flooring, antibacterial wall coverings and low-consumption LED luminaires create a healthy, energy-efficient environment.

The entire electrical and HVAC installation was renewed to guarantee thermal comfort and compliance with current regulations for healthcare premises. A controlled ventilation system was also installed to ensure indoor air quality.
