The refurbishment of the third Apluma venue involved the complete renewal of a 140 square-metre establishment. The modern, welcoming design accommodates 28 diners and includes a well-equipped kitchen area with charcoal grills. High-quality furniture and kitchen equipment were installed, all geared towards preparing the chain’s signature charcoal-oven roast chicken.
The interior design reflects a harmonious blend of modernity and comfort, using high-quality materials and a warm colour scheme that invites diners to enjoy a relaxing, pleasant stay. The dining areas are well distributed, offering both more intimate spaces for small groups and more open zones that capture the vibrant urban atmosphere outside through large panoramic windows.
Decorative details such as historic images on the walls and carefully selected lighting add a touch of elegance and a sense of connection to the city’s culinary history. This enriches the visual experience and reinforces the Apluma brand identity, highlighting its commitment to quality and authenticity.
